Patricia Redfern Wright has spent the last 19 years of her career utilizing her experience to connecting borrowers of all circumstances achieve their dreams of becoming homeowners. She has prioritized becoming a solution driven expert in areas that most would give up. Education is the foundation to where she begins forging her relationships with her clients. It is her belief borrowers need to be educated to all the opportunities available to assist them in achieving home ownership. Understanding her dedication to exceeding expectations, it is no surprise that most of her business comes from repeat clients and their referrals. Patricia is an expert in a variety of products but most importantly an expert in providing an incomparable borrowing experience. She makes it her priority to be familiar with every product and guideline available. For many borrowers having to save for a down payment is the differentiator between becoming a homeowner or not, and she takes great pride in the work it takes to find the right program for every client.
 
Outside of the mortgage industry Patricia is the mother to a set of twins- one boy one girl- inspiring her belief more than ever how important it is for a family to have a home of their own. “ I believe that buying a house is one of the most important moves individuals can make in their lives, and I feel so fulfilled to be able to assist them in providing the dreams of home ownership. It is the single driver for what I love most about my duties as a loan originator.”
